Mod Applications: August 2020


Hello, Aefenglom!

We are currently seeking one new mod to add to the team in a creative/content writing position. We currently have lists / AC / app reading all covered. If this is all you can volunteer for, you can still put in an application to be looked at if we need that in the future, but right now we're only looking to add someone who can help with the creative aspect of running the game.

Duties for this position are somewhat flexible but may include:
    • Writing monthly quests
    • Helping with plotting
    • Helping to write event and TDM posts
    • Replying to comments on the Plotting/Investigations post
    • Answering FAQ questions
You won't have to do it all by yourself, but we do need someone who can bring ideas to the table and commit to assisting with the creative content every month! Use of discord is required. If you have any questions about joining the team, please feel free to ask below.

If you're interested, just fill out the form and leave a comment on this page. We will choose based on who we think would be a good fit, since this position involves quite a bit of the meat of the game and anyone chosen will have a say in plot and direction. All comments will be screened.

Availability: Your timezone and whatever you'd like to say about the amount of time you would be able to dedicate to mod duties. We certainly don't expect anyone to be available full time every day!
Prior Modding Experience & Strengths: It's fine if you don't have any experience! Any skills or strengths you have that could be relevant is fine to list as well.
Duties You're Volunteering For: Creative work, FAQ, lists, AC, apps, etc. Currently we are only searching for someone who can do the creative work listed above, but if you want to put your name in in case we ever need another list mod, you can. You can let us know too if you're, say, more comfortable with writing quests than you would be writing events, or anything else you want to say.
(Optional) Sample Quest or Event Idea: This isn't required, but will help us decide if someone is a good fit or not. Give us a sample of your work! A quest that could go on the quest board, or a summary of an event idea, or a sample event prompt for any made up or past event.
