Hi, mods! I'm toying with the idea of bringing Demyx here and I had a question or two about Merrow (because what else would be be lbr), and I'd like to apologize in advance if I missed it anywhere!
I used to play him over in Ryslig years back as a Mer and had a pretty rad look for his full-on monster form which was essentially a big moray eel with colors based off of his weapon/instrument. Would this be possible to use as a land form during the times during the full moon and/or if he happens to go feral? Upon making contact with water of course he'd lose the legs in favor of a big ol' eel tail from the waist down! And if he's feral, cue the spooky, disgruntled alligator noises
I'm also curious on what sort of changes they could have with their non-aquatic/human/land form - would they be able to have tails (if the species allowed it) that would for example, fuse with their legs upon contact with water to form their mer-body or vice versa like the mermaids in Pirates of Caribbean: On Stranger Tides?
Also in regards to a Merrow's minor water magic/manipulation of it (and other monsters w/ magic for that matter), would they be able to strengthen this with practice/over time or with help from Witches? He'd never reach the level of skill he had with it in canon, but it'd be something he may have an interest in dabbling in!
FOURTH and this is more character specific than anything but I just wanted to clarify especially since Keyblades were mentioned in the item section in the FAQ; would he be able to have his sitar with him? He'll deal with having to lug it around, but that's his pride and joy!
