We did answer this recently - we just haven't had a chance to update the FAQ index with it, so our apologies! It can be found here, and will default automatically to this every time a character sends their message. There is an anonymous setting, but one has to always remember to enable it (like when a DW user is logged in and posting anonymously) and it's... not necessarily infallible.
