In this month's (April's) quest Hold Birb Gently, it's mentioned the Harpy in question has a smaller--presumably ordinary bird-sized--full bird form. Is this specific to this NPC, or to Harpies in general, or can all Monster types attain a full-animal form--if not inherently then with practice?
